Julia’s Story

Julia was born and raised in Texas and that is where she decided to start her family.  During that time she raised two amazing and independent children, one of them even made her a Grama!

Her love of the outdoor life brought her to the Western slope where she enjoys her passions of hiking, cross country skiing and re-purposing furniture.  To further one of her passions, she decided to pursue the CHMS designation (Certified Home Marketing Specialist) as a home stager.

At that point, Julia decided to put her design background to use by purchasing and restoring a beautiful historic 3 story Victorian home. She made it into a successful hospitality business that she proudly named “The Victorian Rose” a highly acclaimed Bed and Breakfast in Ouray Colorado.  Her Southern charm and her unmatched hospitality made it a huge hit.  She has been blessed to serve many patrons over the years, many of them returning annually including celebrities that she now calls friends.

Julia started her real estate career by purchasing rental property in the Grand Junction area and quickly decided this was to be her chosen path.

She knows that your home is one of your most valued assets and largest investment. It reflects your individuality, and serves as a foundation for a lifetime of memories.

Her experience and capabilities all go into one objective… helping you sell or buy your home.  She offers her clients market research with the most current comparable sales, intellect and hard work.  She has found that this to be a proven approach to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Julia’s sharp instinct and resources allow her to initiate opportunities for clients regardless of the market.

Whether you are buying or selling your home, Julia will deliver results!
