Vostatek Homes Inc.



Vostatek Homes, Inc. was created in 2015, as a subsidiary to Vostatek Construction, Inc., focusing on residential design and construction. Carl Vostatek, president of both companies, is a Colorado licensed architect (1973) and has practiced in the Grand Junction area continuously since licensure.

He formed Vostatek Construction, Inc. in 1976 as a General Contracting firm and specializes in the Design/Build method of project delivery. The firms have completed over 250 residential, industrial and public projects locally and state-wide.

Mr. Vostatek is a native of the Grand Valley, attended Palisade High School, Mesa Junior College and the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1969. He was in the Peace Corps serving as an architect in Morocco 1969-1971. His office is back on the family farm in Clifton where he is also an organic farmer raising asparagus and peaches. He and wife Tanya developed and operate the Paradox Valley Inn B&B in Paradox, CO. He enjoys flying and is a private pilot with a Cessna aircraft.
